Woot.. Had family dinner tonite..
Was a blast the most expensive dinner we ate in just our family history...

This prawn ah...
Name mantis prawn.
Yup i noe it looks like a normaly prawn just bigger...
Nah.. thats when u are wrong.. anyway they freak me out la..
The way they swm and their over all out look.. they look like millipede
they dun have skinny cute long legs like normal prawns that look like they are enjoying their swim.. their legs kind cover the thickness of it's body and when it swims they look like they are wigglying like a millipede lo...
Oh anyway... ya they are not called milli prawns... the reason y they are called mantis prawn is becoz of this mantis Smasher hands that they got...
See at the side of their heads....
sharp rite and quite hidden so if u dun notice u dun even noe they have that....
and my bro actually when to use the tong and lift one out of the water...

Like will bleed and stuff...if it decides that it dun like u and stike...

This spieces are form japan... i seen another tank contianing like AUS ones.. that are much bigger....
I saw this tank hahha.. only the stringray and the small crab.. look like they having tea time hor..

Soon Hock-Marby Goby.. heard my bro say.. that marby goby is kinda the same family as the groupa... but than normall when u eat outside would be 2 grade lower than soon hock.. yup..
Than lastly the BIGGGGGG Alasaka king crab..
And we got owen seafood to cook it...
And this is like erm... just the cost for the seafood alone....
Lucky that they have promo for the seafood if not if u enlarge u will see it's even more super duper ex... hahha
We ordered afew other dishes too...

Geoduck (sashimi) which u can eat it raw with wasabi or actually put in the soup and cook it...
Wah i tell u hor..this is like twice the size of that time we ate over at JUMO seafood lo... wonder y dad like geoduck.. hmm anyway we finish it still...
Lala! hmm taste fresh but.. dun really like the gravy but it's ok la..
Stir fry Ostrich meat with springonion...
Seacucumber with tofu... hahha and me.. like the tofu.. haha

Well it's super fresh so the meat is super firm good n bad la.. u noe u have to chew like u are eatting chicken but good is in case theres a bone hidden u can feel it lo...
And the Biiiigggggg crab~
1st time in my life eatting this...
Oh anyway owen has created something called crab with salted egg or something..
So dad ordered that...so it's fried with salted egg.. it's pretty similar to cereal prawns... with curry leaves and chilli but just using salted egg...
It taste quite good thou not salty thou it's like salted egg...and this crab is wayyy cool.. u noe normal crabs u use nut cracker and try to crack and the shell fry all over the place and stuff.. this crab u can just use a sissors and cut the shell.. hahha feel like cutting plastic haha...
So after the crab thats our last dish.. but they are quite nice giving free fruit platter to every table so ya it;s not to bad...

But shine really thinks that sometimes rather most of the time.. simple indulgence arn't that bad=D
